ŻAR – a place by the sea.
Żar is a place in constant transformation, shaped over decades. Once a monastic farm and later a state-run enterprise, it is now a carefully revitalized estate — 16 hectares of historic buildings surrounded by both wild and tamed nature.
Located right by Lake Żarnowieckie, 6 km from the wild beaches of Białogóra and Dębki — Żar is an enclave of peace and contemplation, a place for fun and relaxation.
It is also a place where one can live.
Since 2021, Aga Beaupré and Stanisław Wardyński have been developing the concept for revitalising the entire farmstead. ŻAR is to become an extraordinary place whose gradual transformation is guided by the mission to create a shared space for people, art and nature.
